Francine Ozereko

Francine has been working with clay for over 40 years.  She has mainly created objects for the home, but also has made large scale installations, sculpture, and many wall pieces with a variety of clays and methods of working.  For the past 20 years or so, she has focused on porcelain, and uses the sgraffito technique to realize her imagery.  She enjoys the stark contrast of very white porcelain and black slips, and the carving, incising, very “hands on” approach to her chosen technique.  Her work has been exhibited and sold throughout the US, Canada and beyond.  She lives in Pelham, Massachusetts, where she shares a studio with her husband, Frank.
