Andrew McIntyre

Andrew McIntyre’s passion for ceramics began at a young age in his hometown of Jackson, Mississippi. He received his BFA in Ceramics from The University of Mississippi in 2011 and his MFA in Ceramics from Syracuse University in 2015.

While in graduate school, Andrew was a resident at The Pottery Workshop in Jingdezhen, China and Golden Bridge Pottery in Pondicherry, India. In May of 2018, he was recognized as one of Ceramic Monthly’s Emerging Artists. He has exhibited nationally and internationally, and has been featured in several Ceramic Art publications such as Ceramics Monthly, including being featured on the cover of Pottery Making Illustrated.
